Every friday evening we transform our main hall into a dancefloor ready disco, strictly for adults with disabilities. This is an inclusive safe space for those who wish to come and socialise and enjoy a Friday evening out.

Every few months we will do a themed event, which will be advertised on our facebook page so keep an eye out for special events.

The disco is priced at £2 on the door for service users (carers come free) and there is always food, drinks and snacks available to buy.

Please note, this is open to the wider community and you do not have to be a member at LIFE to join in the Friday fun, just come along whenever you would like!
