A complete package of health, monitoring and fitness programmes starting with:


1. Fitness inductions to assess your needs


Group or one to one inductions will be carried out introducing the equipment and exercises. Health and safety will be covered in the induction with basic guidelines on the safe and effective usage of the gym equipment and area. (This will be carried out in a fun way).


2. Fitness Testing


Each person will have a fitness test to assess their current level of fitness this will involve blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), peak flow (lung function), resting heart rate, body fat, body composition, lean body weight, grip strength, flexibility (sit and reach), cardiovascular fitness and recovery test, muscular strength and endurance test and core strength test.
