From the North (M1)
- Exit the M1 at Juntion 26
- Follow the A610 towards Nottingham
- At the second roundabout take the first exit
- Follow signs to Bulwell, keeping straight on at the next three roundabouts
- LIFE is on Main Street, close to the tram stop
- There is parking at the railway station / tram stop
From the South (M1) or West (A50)
- Exit the M1 at Junction 24, or follow the A50 until it meets the M1 there
- Follow the A453 towards Nottingham until it meets the Ring Road (A52)
- Follow the ring road North until it meets the A610 (signposts for M1 North) and turn left
- At the next roundabout take the third exit
- Follow signs to Bulwell, keeping straight on at the next three roundabouts
- LIFE is on Main Street, close to the tram stop
- There is parking at the railway station / tram stop
From the East (A52)
- Follow the A52 and A6514 Ring Road around the South and West of the city until it meets the A610 (signposts for M1 North) and turn left
- At the next roundabout take the third exit
- Follow signs to Bulwell, keeping straight on at the next three roundabouts
- LIFE is on Main Street, close to the tram stop
- There is parking at the railway station / tram stop
By bus or rail
- Nottingham City Transport routes to Bulwell stop close to LIFE; the Bulwell tram stop (trams for Hucknall) is also convenient
- If arriving by train, go to the tram stop and take a tram for Hucknall. Alight at Bulwell and head towards the town centre (crossing the river); LIFE is on Main Street close to the tram stop
